The latest EuroLeague action brought very different emotions for the two AdmiralBet ABA League clubs on the court tonight. Dubai Basketball continued their rising European form by scoring a major home win against Zalgiris Kaunas, while Partizan Mozzart Bet suffered a painful defeat on the road against LDLC ASVEL.

Just a few days after their big victory over Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, Dubai Basketball delivered again, beating Zalgiris Kaunas 95:89 to improve their season score to 5-6.

Dubai entered the match with a surprisingly slow start, conceding 34 points in the opening quarter, as their defensive rotations struggled to match the Lithuanian side’s pace and perimeter accuracy. However, from the second quarter onward, the home team completely recalibrated.

Their defense tightened up, forcing Zalgiris into tougher shots and limiting their transition opportunities, while the offense remained at its standard high level - fluid movement, strong spacing, and key shot-making in crucial moments.

The final minutes brought the expected drama, but Dubai Basketball showed maturity and composure. They made several key defensive stops to halt Zalgiris’s attempts at a late comeback, protecting their lead and sealing a well-deserved victory in front of their crowd.

Meanwhile, in France, Partizan Mozzart Bet fell 87:88 to LDLC ASVEL, a result that stings heavily considering the current EuroLeague standings. Facing the last-placed team in the competition, Partizan entered the match knowing the importance of securing a road win to strengthen their Playoff push - yet they return to Belgrade with disappointment and a 4-7 overall score.

Partizan Mozzart Bet held a 79:75 lead with two minutes to go. But in the decisive moments, the black-and-whites lost control. ASVEL went on a crucial 9:0 run, turning the score to 84:79, and ultimately kept their nose in front through the final buzzer.
