During Round 8 of the AdmiralBet ABA League, the basketball community will stand united in the fight against violence against women. Through the campaign “Break the Silence, End the Violence,“ the league, the clubs, and the competition’s general sponsor, AdmiralBet, are making a clear and unified statement with the goal of raising awareness and providing concrete support to women who are victims of violence.

The symbol of this initiative will be a red mark under the eye, worn by all players during the games of this round. This sign of solidarity won’t stay only on the court—the total number of spectators who attend all Round 8 games will be converted into a donation directed to safe houses.

In this way, every seat in the arena gains new meaning, as each ticket represents direct support.
“Sports have the power to influence the community and send a message that goes beyond the final score. With this campaign, we want to contribute to the fight against violence against women not only through words, but through real action,” said Marko Ribarić, CEO of AdmiralBet.

“The AdmiralBet ABA League recognizes the importance of such initiatives. Beyond the competitive side of the sport, all of us share a responsibility toward society. This is an invitation to all fans to be part of something bigger,” stated Dubravko Kmetović, the league’s director.

The aim of the campaign is straightforward—to support those whose voices often go unheard and to help create an environment where violence is neither ignored nor concealed, but prevented.
