Vienna Adds Experience with the Signing of Vojislav Stanojević

Vienna has strengthened its roster for its inaugural AdmiralBet ABA League campaign with the signing of Serbian forward Vojislav Stanojević, the club announced on Friday. The 27-year-old joins after completing last season with FMP, where he averaged 8 points and 2.5 rebounds over 19 league appearances.

Stanojević arrives with significant regional and international experience. A former player for Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, he has also represented FMP, and spent several years competing in Italy for Capo d'Orlando, Fiat Torino, Vanoli Cremona, Fortitudo Bologna, Staff Mantova, and HDL Nardò. His combination of physical presence, reliable scoring, and defensive effort is expected to provide Vienna with additional depth in the frontcourt.

Vienna enters Round 7 holding a 2–4 record in its debut season in the AdmiralBet ABA League, showing competitiveness while still searching for greater consistency. The club now turns its attention to Sunday’s home matchup against Crvena zvezda Meridianbet.
