Dubai Basketball delivered a statement performance in front of their home crowd, overcoming EuroLeague champions Fenerbahce Beko with a composed and physical display. Setting the tone early, the hosts controlled the tempo from the opening tip and built their advantage through collective effort and energy, never allowing the visitors to fully seize momentum. Even when Fenerbahce threatened with a late surge in the final quarter, Dubai remained calm and closed the door to secure a valuable victory.
A major spark came from the bench, where Kenan Kamenjas dominated the paint with authority finishing with 20 points and 15 rebounds, while McKinley Wright orchestrated the offense with precision and efficiency, he led the game in scoring with 22. Strong contributions across the roster ensured Dubai stayed balanced on both ends of the floor, snapping their recent skid and improving their league standing. For Fenerbahce, individual scoring bursts were not enough to overturn Dubai’s consistent control, as the reigning champions saw their winning run come to an end in the UAE.
