It was a night of mixed emotions for the AdmiralBet ABA League representatives in the EuroLeague. Dubai Basketball celebrated their third consecutive win, while Partizan Mozzart Bet suffered a narrow and heartbreaking home defeat.
Dubai Basketball continued their impressive EuroLeague run by defeating EA7 Emporio Armani Milano on the road - 96:78.
Although the opening quarter went to the hosts, everything that followed belonged to the visitors. After a balanced first 10 minutes, Dubai Basketball exploded offensively in the 2nd quarter, scoring 33 points to completely shift the momentum of the game. That offensive surge allowed them to take a 51:46 halftime lead.
In the 2nd half, it became a one-way street. Dubai controlled the tempo, executed brilliantly on both ends of the floor and kept increasing the gap minute by minute. They won the 3rd quarter by 22:13, creating a double-digit cushion that Milano simply could not erase. With confidence, discipline and strong team play, Dubai closed out the game in style to secure their third straight EuroLeague victory.
Meanwhile in Belgrade, Partizan Mozzart Bet delivered a strong performance but ultimately fell short against Real Madrid - 73:77.
The black-and-whites pulled off a major 2nd half comeback against the Spanish giants, but ultimately fell short in the closing minutes. Real Madrid showed slightly more concentration and execution in the key moments and walked away with a valuable road win.
The key moment came in the final minute when Andres Feliz hit a huge 3-pointer to give the visitors a 74:71 lead, shifting the momentum decisively in Madrid’s favor. Despite Partizan’s efforts to respond, Real Madrid managed to stay calm down the stretch and seal the win.
With this victory, Dubai Basketball now hold an overall EuroLeague record of 14-14, while Partizan Mozzart Bet stand at 9-19.
