Split win Their 7th Krešimir Ćosić Cup Trophy
Split are celebrating their 7th domestic cup trophy and their third in a row, as they have prevailed over Zadar in the Dalmatian clash in the Krešimir Ćosić Cup Final in Zagreb.

It’s celebration time for the squad, led from the bench by head coach Dino Repeša, as the Dalmatian side are celebrating their 7th Krešimir Ćosić Cup winner trophy in total and their third in a row. To achieve this success, their last obstacle was another Dalmatian side – Zadar, which have been in front by 5 points after 3 quarters, but eventually failed to overcome Split.
Split have led by 13 points at halftime, only for Zadar to prevail in the third quarter alone by 18 points (19:37), to make a stunning comeback after trailing at the big break and Zadar entered the last period of the game with a 5-point advantage. However, this was not enough to seal the win for Zadar, as Split made a comeback in the final 10 minutes of the game and celebrated the win with the final score of 89:86.
For Split, Teyvon Myers led the way in scoring with 19 points on his record, while Antonio Sikirić added 18 points. For Zadar, Lovro Mazalin had 20 points and Marko Ramljak had 19.
On their way towards the Final, Zadar have previously triumphed over Dinamo Zagreb in the Quarterfinals and over Šibenka in the Semifinals.
