2025/26 AdmiralBet ABA League Play-out Round 1, Tuesday, 3 March 2026:
SPLIT – PERSPEKTIVA ILIRIJA
Where? Split Sports Hall, Split
When? 19:00
Story of the game: In the last game of the AdmrialBet ABA League Play-out Round 1, Split will be hosting Perspektiva Ilirija at home in their Split Sports Hall in Split.
It’s a game of two squads, that have entered the Play-out stage of the competition with a similar record. While Split are on a 4:12 record after 16 games played so far in the AdmiralBet ABA League season, Perspektiva Ilirija are currently on a 5:11 record and both teams will need to be winning in the forthcoming rounds regularly in order to avoid the danger zone near the bottom of the standings.
However, the teams are entering the game after different records over the past few games. While Split have lost their last game, Perspektiva Ilirija are on a 2 games long winning streak and they wish to continue it.
One thing is clear – the win in the Tuesday’s clash would be a massive boost for either of the two squads ahead of the remainder of the season.
Match-up in focus: Perhaps the most exciting match-up of the game can be the one between big men Demajeo Wiggings and Boban Marjanović. While Wiggins has been the top scorer and rebounder of Split ever since he joined the Dalmatian squad, with an average of 16.8 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, Marjanović is currently the second-leading scorer and top rebounder of the Ljubljana side, averaging 13.4 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Who will lead his team to the new win?
Head-to-head score in ABA: In total 0:0.
