Coach of the Season 2025/26: Zvezdan Mitrović
In the traditional voting by the AdmiralBet ABA League head coaches, journalists and basketball fans, Cedevita Olimpija head coach Zvezdan Mitrović has been selected the Coach of the 2025/26 AdmiralBet ABA League season.

Zvezdan Mitrović, Cedevita Olimpija head coach, that has taken over the Stožice squad before the 2024/25 season and has been at the helm of the Ljubljana side for the second season in a row, has been selected the best coach of the 2025/26 season in the traditional AdmiralBet ABA League voting by the head coaches of AdmiralBet ABA League teams, basketball journalists and the basketball fans!
The tactician has convincingly taken the first place in the voting, winning the total of 34.3% of combined votes. He has been followed by Partizan Mozzart Bet head coach Joan Penarroya, who has taken the second place, with a total of 17% combined votes, while U-BT Cluj-Napoca head coach Mihai Silvasan took the third place with 15.8% of the combined votes.
Let's mention, that Mitrović has taken the first place in the voting of head coaches of AdmiralBet ABA League teams, while also taking the third place in the voting of journalists.
Zvezdan Mitrović has had an excellent journey with Cedevita Olimpija this season, leading the team to the 6th place in the Top 8. This way, Cedevita Olimpija repeated the score from the last season, when they also finished the Regular Season in the 6th place in the standings.
In the traditional AdmiralBet ABA League voting for the Ideal Starting Five of the AdmiralBet ABA League season and the individual honours, the final results of the voting combines the votes of the head coaches of AdmiralBet ABA League teams (85% of the total voting results), the votes of fans (5% of the total voting results) and the votes of basketball journalists from the ABA League j.t.d. countries (10% of the total voting results).
