Brandon Rush becomes FMP's first signing for the 2026/27 season

FMP have made their first move on the 2026 summer transfer market as they signed a contract with Brendon Rush.

Rush, who can successfully cover both the shooting guard and small forward positions, spent the previous season with Hungarian side Honved. He was the team's leader and averaged 20 points per game in the Hungarian championship.

The American began his European career in Slovakia, where he played for Komarno during the 2024/25 season and averaged 24 points per game.

This left-handed player first caught the attention of the basketball public during that season when he scored 53 points in a single game, making history in the Slovak League.

KK FMP biće u sezoni 2026/27 jači za Brendona Raša. Reč je o igraču koji uspešno pokriva pozicije dva i tri i koji je proteklu sezonu proveo u ekipi Honveda.

Raš je bio lider ekipe i u mađarskom prvenstvu prosečno je beležio 20 poena. Amerikanac je karijeru na evropskom kontinentu započeo u Slovačkoj. Nastupajući za Komarno u sezoni 2024/25 prosečno je beležio 24 poena po utakmici. Ovaj levoruki igrač je posebno skrenuo pažnju na sebe košarkaškoj javnosti upravo te sezone kada je u jednoj utakmici upisao 53 poena i ispisao istoriju slovačke lige.
