Experienced Lovell Cabbil Jr. Reinforced Krka

Lovell Cabbil Jr. is an American basketball player born on January 13, 1997, in Arlington, Texas. He stands 188 cm (6'2") tall and plays both point guard and shooting guard.

He made his name at Liberty University, where he played a key role in one of the most successful periods in the program's history from 2015 to 2019. In his senior season, he averaged 11.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game, helping Liberty win the ASUN Conference championship and earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

Professionally, Cabbil has played in Georgia, Germany, Poland, and France. During the 2021/22 season, he was named the MVP of the Georgian League, while in France he finished the 2024/25 season as his team's leading scorer and leading assist provider.

Last season, he played for Górnik Zamek Książ Wałbrzych in Poland's OBL league, where he averaged 16.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.8 steals over 28 games.

Cabbil is an experienced American guard who combines strong playmaking ability, reliable shooting, attacking the basket, and aggressive defense. Throughout his European career, he has established himself as a player capable of taking responsibility on offense, creating opportunities for teammates, and using his energy to influence the tempo of the game.

Člansko moštvo Krke je okrepil izkušeni in vsestranski ameriški branilec ter organizator igre, 29-letni Lovell Cabbil Jr.

“Podpis pogodbe s Košarkarskim klubom Krka mi pomeni zelo veliko. Zaupanje kluba mi daje dodatno motivacijo. Verjamem v načrt trenerja Domna Zevnika, veselim se prihoda v Novo mesto in prepričan sem, da lahko v tej sezoni skupaj dosežemo veliko lepih stvari,” je po podpisu pogodbe povedal Lovell Cabbil Jr.

Lovell Cabbil Jr. je ameriški košarkar, rojen 13. januarja 1997 v Arlingtonu v Teksasu. Visok je 188 centimetrov, igra pa na položajih organizatorja igre in branilca.

Košarkarsko se je uveljavil na univerzi Liberty, kjer je med letoma 2015 in 2019 odigral pomembno vlogo pri zgodovinskem uspehu programa. V zadnji univerzitetni sezoni je v povprečju dosegal 11,7 točke, 3,6 skoka in 2,8 asistence na tekmo ter z ekipo osvojil konferenco ASUN in nastopil na zaključnem turnirju NCAA.

V Evropi je igral v Gruziji, Nemčiji, na Poljskem in v Franciji. V sezoni 2021/22 je bil izbran za najkoristnejšega igralca gruzijske lige, v Franciji pa je sezono 2024/25 končal kot najboljši strelec in podajalec svoje ekipe.

V zadnji sezoni je nastopal za Górnik Zamek Książ Wałbrzych v poljski ligi OBL, kjer je na 28 tekmah v povprečju dosegal 16,6 točke, 3,4 skoka, 4,9 asistence in 1,8 ukradene žoge na tekmo.
