German international and former Real Madrid player David Kramer is the newest addition to Crvena zvezda Meridianbet!

Kramer signed a two-year contract with the red-and-whites on Wednesday and arrives in Belgrade to strengthen the team at the shooting guard position.

Born in Slovakia on January 14, 1997, while his father was playing professional basketball there, Kramer took his first major basketball steps at the renowned OrangeAcademy in Ulm. Recognized as one of Germany's best shooters, he went on to build his career through the NBA G League (Detroit), Bayern Munich, Braunschweig, Granada, and an outstanding season with Tenerife, which earned him a move to Real Madrid, where he spent the 2025/26 campaign.

Standing 196 cm tall and weighing 92 kg, Kramer is known for his excellent three-point shooting, tough defense, versatility in guarding bigger wings, and relentless energy on the court.

He is a regular member of the German national team, with whom he won the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup gold medal in Manila.

Kramer is Crvena zvezda Meridianbet's second signing of the summer transfer window, following the arrival of Chris Jones, while Jared Butler has also extended his contract with the club for another season.

Nemački reprezentativac i bivši košarkaš madridskog Reala, David Kremer novi je igrač Crvene zvezde Meridianbet!

Kremer je sa crveno belima u sredu potpisao dvogodišnji ugovor, a u Beograd stiže kao pojačanje na poziciji beka šutera.

Rođen je u Slovačkoj 14.01.1997. godine gde je njegov otac profesionalno igrao košarku, a prve ozbiljne košarkaške korake pravio je u poznatoj Orandž Akademiji (Ulm), da bi kasnije kao jedan od najboljih šutera preko Dži Lige (Detroit), Bajerna iz Minhena, Braunšvajga, Granade i izvanredne sezone u ekipi Tenerifa - stigao do madridskog Reala u kome je proveo prošlu sezonu.

Visok je 196 centimetara i težak 92 kilograma, Odlikuje ga odličan šut, čvrsta igra u odbrani u kojoj može da preuzima i snažnije i više krilne igrače, i ogromna energija na terenu.

Standardni je reprezentativac Nemačke, sa kojom je osvojio zlatnu medalju na Mundobasketu 2024.godine u Manili.

David je drugo pojačanje KK Crvena zvezda Meridianbet u ovom prelaznom roku, nakon Krisa Džounsa, dok je Džered Batler produžio ugovor sa našim klubom za još jednu sezonu.
