Mega Superbet starts training camp ahead of the 2026/27 season

Following medical testing and introductory training sessions held last week, head coach Vule Avdalović conducted the first roll call, attended by Andrej Mušicki, Pavle Bačko, Mihailo Bošković, Uroš Šuput, Aleksandar Vojinović, Luka Paunov, Andrej Lučić, Ognjen Nikolić, Vladimir Kontić, Tarik Hrelja, Ognjen Srzentić, and Milan Šuput.
In his second season as head coach, Vule Avdalović has assembled his coaching staff. Aleksandar Rašić will serve as team manager. The assistant coaches are newcomer Vladimir Marić and Branislav Božović, who is entering his fourth season with the club.
Mladen Teofilović is responsible for strength and conditioning, while the established medical staff consists of physiotherapists Miloš Savić and Vanja Radojević, along with doctors Uroš Stanković and Boris Ukropina.
"A new season is ahead of us, and we can hardly wait to begin our preseason games. We'll have the opportunity to play against some of the best college teams from the United States, which will be a great challenge and a chance for us to show ourselves in the best possible light. We'll also use these trips to build team chemistry, which will be extremely important throughout the season, considering that we have a very young team. We are focused, ready, and motivated for the demanding season ahead, and we will do everything in our power to prepare for it," said Mega head coach Vule Avdalović.
As part of their preseason preparations, Mega Superbet will play several high-quality games at attractive destinations. On 8 and 9 August, they are scheduled to face Auburn University in Mykonos. Then, on 27 August, Mega Superbet will take on the reigning NCAA champions, the University of Michigan, in Dubrovnik. Finally, on 1 and 2 September, they will play Breogán and Porto in Lugo, Spain.

Košarkaši Mege Superbet tradicionalno su prvi započeli pripreme za sezonu 2026/27.
Nakon testiranja i prošlonedeljnih uvodnih treninga, trener Vule Avdalović je obavio prozivku na kojoj su se pojavili Andrej Mušicki, Pavle Bačko, Mihailo Bošković, Uroš Šuput, Aleksandar Vojinović, Luka Paunov, Andrej Lučić, Ognjen Nikolić, Vladimir Kontić, Tarik Hrelja, Ognjen Srzentić i Milan Šuput.
U svojoj drugoj sezoni na klupi tima, Vule Avdalović oformio je svoj stručni štab. Tim menadžer je Aleksandar Rašić. Pomoćni treneri su novajlija Vladimir Marić i Branislav Božović, kome je ovo četvrta sezona u klubu.
Za fizičku pripremu zadužen je Mladen Teofilović. Ustaljeni medicinski tim čine fizioterapeuti Miloš Savić i Vanja Radojević, kao i doktori Uroš Stanković i Boris Ukropina.
„Pred nama je nova sezona i svi jedva čekamo da počnemo sa pripremnim utakmicama. Imaćemo priliku da igramo sa nekim od najboljih univerzitetskih ekipa iz Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, i to će biti veliki izazov za nas da se prikažemo u najboljem svetlu. Putovanja ćemo takođe iskoristiti da izgradimo timski duh koji će biti jako bitna stvar za nas tokom čitave sezone s’obzirom da imamo jako mlad tim. Fokusirani smo, spremni i motivisani za izazovnu sezonu koja nas čeka i učinićemo sve što je u našoj moći da se spremimo za nju“, rekao je trener Mege Vule Avdalović.
Mega Superbet će u sklopu priprema za novu sezonu odigrati nekoliko kvalitetnih mečeva na atraktivnim destinacijama. Za 8. i 9. avgust zakazani su mečevi protiv Univerziteta Oburn na Mikonosu. Potom, 27. avgusta Mega Superbet će se u Dubrovniku sastati sa aktuelnim šampionom NCAA lige Univerzitetom Mičigen, dok će 1. i 2. septembra igrati sa Breoganom i Portom u španskom Lugu.
