Former NBA player Reggie Perry joins Bosna BH Telecom

American power forward Reggie Perry is the latest addition to Bosna BH Telecom. Perry was born on March 21, 2000, in Thomasville, USA. Standing at 203 cm, he brings plenty of playing experience to the team.

Perry was selected with the 57th overall pick in the second round of the 2020 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers. Although he was drafted by the Clippers, he played his first NBA games for the Brooklyn Nets, averaging 3.0 points and 2.8 rebounds across 26 appearances.

During his rookie season, Perry also had the opportunity to feature in the NBA Playoffs, appearing in five games and averaging 3.2 points and 1.2 rebounds. His best NBA spell came with the Portland Trail Blazers, where he averaged 10.0 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists across nine games. Overall, Perry made 36 NBA appearances, averaging 4.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

In the 2025/26 season, Perry played for the Beijing Royal Fighters, averaging 14.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. In the 2024/25 season, he appeared in 10 Chinese League games for the Shenzhen Leopards, posting impressive averages of 25.3 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. His standout performances included games in which he scored 40, 35 and 31 points.

Perry was also a member of the USA U19 national team at the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup in Greece, sharing the locker room with the likes of Evan Mobley, Tyrese Haliburton and Jalen Green. He was one of the team's top performers, averaging 13.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

Perry was named MVP of the tournament and earned a spot on the All-Star Five. His best performance came in the quarterfinal against Russia, when he recorded 28 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks while shooting an outstanding 10-of-15 from the field.

Bio je član američke U19 reprezentacije na Svjetskom prvenstvu koje se održalo u Grčkoj i dijelio je svlačionicu sa Evanom Mobleyem, Tyreseom Haliburtonom, Jalen Greenom. Bio je jedan od najboljih igrača te reprezentacije sa 13.1 poenom u prosjeku, 7.9 skokova i 1.9 asistenciju, te 1.4 ukradene lopte. Perry je na tom prvenstvu proglašen za MVP – a cijelog turnira i uvršten u najbolju petorku. Svoj najbolji meč je odigrao u četvrtfinalu protiv Rusije gdje je zabilježio 28 poena, 8 skokova, 3 asistencije, 3 ukradene lopte i 2 blokade uz fenomenalan šut iz igre 10/15.
