PRESEASON: Wins for Partizan Mozzart Bet, Borac Mozzart, Budućnost VOLI, SC Derby and Zadar

U-BT Cluj-Napoca have suffered a defeat by Anadolu Efes at the Gloria Cup in Turkey. After being up by 4 points (30:34) by halftime, the Romanian side fell behind in the second half of the game, losing in the end with the final score of 87:69. 

Partizan Mozzart Bet have prevailed over Besiktas at their Open Air Kalemengdan game in a game, where they have dominated the court almost throughout the playing time. The Steamroller has been down by a point after the opening quarter, but turned the game upside-down already in the second quarter, leading by 5 points at halftime. In the second half, they continued to grind and prevailed 89:71 in the end. Carlik Jones had 22 points for Partizan Mozzart Bet, while Lamar Stevens had 11.

Borac Mozzart faced Valcea in a friendly encounter, that could have gone either way, but the Čačak squad emerged victorious. The squad, led by Saša Ocokoljić from the bench, led by 5 points (23:28) after the opening quarter, but the hosts took the lead by halftime (44:43). In the third quarter, Borac Mozzart got in front again and led by 4 points after 30 minutes of the game and eventually prevailed with the final score of 91:85. Anthony Roy was atop of the list of Borac Mozzart's scorers with 37 points, while Marko Jošilo added 12.

Spartak Office Shoes met with AEK Athens at the Rhodes tournament and in a tight game got away with a situation, rarely seen in the world of basketball - a draw, with the final score of 82:82. Dalibor Ilić was the top scorer of Spartak with 18 points scored, while Danilo Nikolić added 16 points.

Budućnost VOLI grabbed 1st place at the Ljubo Jovanović memorial tournament, as they beat Turk Telekom of Ankara in the trophy game. Budućnost VOLI were down by 6 points at halftime , but turned the game upside-down in the second half, prevailing in the end with the score of 94:84. Axel Bouteille and Juwan Morgan scored 20 points apiece for the blue and white.

SC Derby and Bosna BH Telecom met at the 3rd place of the Ljubo Jovanović memorial tournament and in a close encounter of two AdmiralBet ABA League members, it has been SC Derby, that emerged victorious, with the score of 74:72. For the Podgorica squad, Antonio Jordano scored 18 points and Keith Wesson 11. For Bosna BH Telecom Nikola Popović had 13 points and Reggie Perry 12.

Crvena zvezda Meridianbet suffered a tough defeat by Aris of Thessaloniki in Nicosia. After a slow start, being down by 16 points (18:34) after the opening quarter, Zvezda simply did not manage to fight back until the end and the Greek side prevailed 98:74. Jonathan Motley scored 13 points for Crvena zvezda Meridianbet and Christopher Jones 12.

Zadar faced GGD Šenčur and scored a convincing win after a strong last quarter appearance. The Dalmatian squad led by 2 points after the opening quarter and by 4 at halftime (44:48). The lead remained 3 points until the final quarter, in which Stipe Modrić's squad pulled away for good and celebrated a 92:81 win. Niko Šare had 21 points for Zadar and Ross Williams 20.
