Game recap: FMP recorded a 68:79 road victory over Krka in Round 3 of the AdmiralBet ABA League, controlling the contest in Novo Mesto to secure their second win of the season.

The visitors held the advantage throughout the first three quarters, limiting Krka's opportunities to turn the game around. Marko Kovačević led FMP with 18 points and four rebounds, while Brandon Rush and Jamian Neal added 16 points apiece.

Krka's Gillian Smith finished as the game's leading scorer with 19 points, but the home side struggled to find enough offensive production to challenge FMP over the course of the game.

Key moments: FMP established control after the break, using defensive pressure and transition opportunities to build a double-digit lead early in the second half. That stretch gave the visitors a comfortable cushion and left Krka facing an uphill task for the remainder of the contest.

Man of the Match: Marko Kovačević led FMP with a team-high 18 points, four rebounds and one steal, providing the visitors with their highest individual scoring contribution in the 68:79 victory.

Can't Trick the Stats: The difference from beyond the arc proved significant. Krka converted just one of its 20 three-point attempts, while FMP made eight of 27. The visitors' seven additional three-pointers accounted for a 21-point advantage in scoring from long range, a decisive factor in a game they won by 11 points.
