SC Derby controlled much of the contest, establishing a 25:20 advantage after the first quarter before extending their lead to 46:36 at halftime. The home side maintained their advantage throughout the third period and entered the final ten minutes ahead 69:55.

However, Perspektiva Ilirija responded with an impressive final-quarter performance, outscoring SC Derby 13:29 to overturn the deficit and claim a narrow two-point victory.

Key moments: SC Derby made the stronger start and gradually built their advantage through the opening half. The hosts added another point to their lead in the third quarter, putting themselves in a favorable position with a 14-point cushion entering the final period.
