2026/27 AdmiralBet ABA League Regular Season Group B, Round 7, Thursday, 5 November 2026:
SPARTAK OFFICE SHOES - ZADAR
Where? Dudova šuma Sports Hall, Subotica
When? 18:00
Story of the game: In the opening game of the AdmiralBet ABA League Round 7, Spartak Office Shoes will be hosting Zadar at home in their Dudova šuma Sports Hall in Subotica.
It’s a game of two teams with the same Top 8 ambitions, but slightly different outcome after the first 5 rounds played this season. While Spartak Office Shoes are just above the edge of the Top 8 Zone right now, with a 3:2 record, Zadar are just below, with a record of 2:3.
The difference emerged last round, when Spartak Office Shoes got away with a valuable overtime win over Mega Superbet in Belgrade, while Zadar were defeated on the road in Dubai after putting on a brave performance.
It’s clear that the one that wins the game will receive a huge boost before the remainder of the season.
Zadar however, will have to write history in order to accomplish their goal. In 3 mutual encounters in Subotica played so far, the Dalmatian squad have never ever prevailed over the home side before. Can they do it for the first time or will the tradition go on?
Match-up in focus: Igor Drobnjak against Vladimir Mihailović! Two excellent Montenegrin guards will be battling head-to-head in Dudova Šuma. While Drobnjak has been the top passer and third-leading scorer of Spartak Office Shoes so far this season, averaging 13 points and 5.8 assists per game, Mihailović has been averaging 13.3 points and 3 assists per game for Zadar this season as their top scorer and second-leading passer. Who will lead his team to the win?
Head-to-head score in ABA: In total 4:1; in Subotica 3:0.
