2026/27 AdmiralBet ABA League Regular Season Group B, Round 7, Saturday, 7 November 2026:

PERSPEKTIVA ILIRIJA – BC VIENNA

Where? Tivoli Sports Hall, Ljubljana

When? 19:00

Story of the game: On Saturday night, Perspektiva Ilirija will be hosting BC Vienna at home in their Tivoli Sports Hall in Ljubljana.

A game of two teams that are currently in similar positions in the Group B standings, with Perspektiva Ilirija being on a 2:3 record and BC Vienna on a 1:4 record. It’s clear that both teams need to win, for similar reasons, to stay away from the very bottom of the standings and get closer to a spot in the Top 8.

Perpektiva Ilirija have bounced back in Round 6, having beaten SC Derby on the road in Podgorica. On the other side, BC Vienna have lost 2 games in a row now and will be trying to bounce back in the legendary Tivoli Sports Hall.

The two teams have already met twice in the AdmiralBet ABA League before, despite both of them joining the competition a season before. Each of the two squads celebrated a win once, but BC Vienna haven’t tasted the sweetness of a win on the road in Ljubljana so far. Can they do it this time, or will the Ljubljana side defend their home court?

Match-up in focus: Perhaps the most interesting match-up of the game is the one between Cameron Shelton and Grant Sherfield. While Shelton is currently the second-leading scorer and top passer of Perspektiva Ilirija, averaging 13.6 points and 4.2 assists per game, Sherfield has been leading BC Vienna in scoring with 17.2 points per game, while adding 2.6 assists per game to their statistical record as the third-leading passer of the team.

Head-to-head score in ABA: In total 1:1; in Ljubljana 1:0.
