Game recap: The opening game of the Sunday’s schedule takes us to Ljubljana, where Cedevita Olimpija will host Cibona. This will be the first home match for the Dragons in the new ABA League season and they are inviting the fans to come to Stožice Arena to be part of the Sunday’s spectacle. Cedevita Olimpija made a flying start of the 2019/20 season by scoring a convincing win against Mega Bemax on the road and their only goal in the upcoming match is to keep the perfect record.
At the same time Cibona were defeated by Mornar at the start of the season, however the Wolves looked quite decent in that game and it is only a matter of time when they will get on the winning track. Of course, the Zagreb squad hope that it might happen already this weekend.
Match-up in focus: Ryan Boatright (Cedevita Olimpija) vs. Matic Rebec (Cibona). Both of them are quite a danger from downtown, so it will be interesting to see which of them will have a better shooting night.
