Game recap: What a game it has been in Novo mesto on Saturday night! Krka have demonstrated a fantastic performance to outgun Partizan NIS at home court, which means that their winning streak in the ABA League is now extended to four games. This is also the fifth win of the season for the Novo mesto squad in their eleven games played so far, which places them in the middle of the ABA League standings when the round finishes. Just like Partizan NIS, which are now holding exactly the same record in the regional competition, as they did not manage to stay on the winning track following their 10th round win.

Key moments: Krka did start the game just the way they had desired and thanks to their excellent efficiency, they pulled away to the 18-point lead already by 12th minute of the game with a 13:2 run in 7 minutes. Krka have scored no less than seven three-pointers (four of which were scored by Camphor) in the opening twelve minutes when they have created themselves the key advantage. Partizan fought back hard, but they just did not manage to turn the game completely upside-down anymore until the end of the clash.

Man of the match: Even though Rod Camphor has been the top scorer for Krka, we must name Rok Stipčević man of the match due to his excellent all around performance. He has collected 13 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and a valuation of 20 to lead his team in the index rating. And most importantly, whenever his team needed him, he stepped up and scored important buckets.

Can’t trick the stats: Krka have been scoring 3-pointers with 44% efficiency (12/27), while Partizan NIS scored only 2 out of 24 attempts (8%). That was crucial for the outcome of the game.
