Helios Suns keep a perfect record in the 2022/2023 NLB ABA League 2 season after defeating Borac WWIN.
Borac WWIN got off to a better start to the game, holding a 10-point lead late in the first quarter. The second quarter proved to be crucial in the Helios Suns win. The Slovenian squad made a 15:3 run to end the quarter and take a 43:48 lead at the half. It was a back-and-forth game in the second half, Helios managed to maintain the lead they built in the second quarter.
Aleksandar Langović led the way for Borac WWIN with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Lovro Buljević put up 22 points and 8 rebounds in the Helios Suns win.
After five rounds of the 2022/2023 NLB ABA League 2 Helios Suns remain 5-0 while Borac WWIN drops to a 4-1 record.
