Disciplinary sanctions for Zadar and Đorđe Gagić

Zadar and Borac Mozzart player Đorđe Gagić have received sanctions from the ABA League Disciplinary Hrvoje Vidan for the Round 17 game of the AdmiralBet ABA League between Zadar and Borac Mozzart in Krešimir Ćosić Arena.

Due to insufficient organization of the Round 17 game against Borac Mozzart, the ABA League Disciplinary Judge Hrvoje Vidan made a decision to sanction Zadar.

Based on the articles 1., 3., 4., 5., 7.2., 9., 12., 13. 28.1. f), 28.2 g), 29.1 and 29.2 of the ABA League Disciplinary Code, Zadar is sanctioned by:

-    Fine in amount of 5.000 €
-   Closing part of the stands for the next two home games in the AdmiralBet ABA League, as marked with the yellow colour on the map of the arena below.

The ABA League Disciplinary Judge Hrvoje Vidan also decided to sanction Borac Mozzart player Đorđe Gagić.

Based on the articles 1., 3., 4., 5., 7.2., 9., 12., 13. 26.2. b), and 27.2 of the ABA League Disciplinary Code, Đorđe Gagić is sanctioned by:

-    Fine in amount of 2.000 €
-    One game suspension from the competition for the game between Borac Mozzart and Cibona, or the next Borac

Mozzart game against any opponent in case Borac Mozzart – Cibona game is postponed and is not played during Round 18 of the AdmiralBet ABA League.
