Cedric Cezell Russell Jr. hit a game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds to help MZT Skopje Aerodrom beat GGD Šenčur.
MZT Skopje Aerodrom controlled the lead for most of the game, midway through the third quarter they held a 16-point lead and it seemed like they were on their way to an easy win. GGD Šenčur didn't give up despite the deficit, they mounted a big fourth-quarter comeback and tied the game up at 70:70 with 2:33 minutes remaining. GGD Šenčur took a 73:72 lead with one minute remaining in the game but then Cedric Cezell Russell Jr. hit a crucial game-winning three-pointer with 5 seconds remaining. The Slovenian squad used a time-out and, following the timeout, could not come up with a game-winning play.
