Sutjeska Elektroprivreda secured their place in the ABA League 2 semifinals with a 71:78 victory over Sloboda Energoinvest in Game 2 of the playoff quarterfinals, completing a 2-0 series sweep.

The visiting side followed up their overtime win in the opening game with another hard-fought performance, this time on the road, to close out the series and move into the next stage of the competition.

Sloboda Energoinvest opened the game with confidence in front of their home crowd and maintained the lead for the majority of the contest. The Tuzla team controlled the tempo through much of the first half and extended their advantage in the third quarter, at one point building an 11-point lead.

However, Sutjeska Elektroprivreda responded late in the third period, gradually reducing the deficit and entering the final quarter within one possession. Early in the fourth, the visitors completed the turnaround with a short scoring run to take their first lead since the opening stages.

The closing minutes were tightly contested, with the score tied at 71:71 inside the final three minutes. Sutjeska then delivered in key moments on both ends of the floor, converting crucial scoring opportunities while limiting their opponent defensively to pull away in the final stretch and seal the win.

Kristopher Martin led Sutjeska Elektroprivreda in scoring with 15 points, adding six rebounds and three assists. Kwame Vaughn contributed 13 points, while the team displayed balanced production throughout the lineup.

On the other side, Sani Čampara finished as the top scorer for Sloboda Energoinvest with 18 points, while Jasmin Jakupović added 16.

With this result, Sutjeska Elektroprivreda advances to the semifinals, where they will face the winner of the quarterfinal series between Zlatibor Mozzart and TFT Skopje, which is set to be decided in a decisive third game.
