TFT Skopje secured their place in the ABA League 2 Finals with a convincing win over Sutjeska Elektroprivreda, completing a 2-0 sweep in the semifinal series.

Despite entering the matchup as the lower-seeded team, TFT once again demonstrated strong form, having already eliminated one of the top-ranked teams in the previous round. Carrying that momentum into the semifinals, the Skopje side controlled the series from start to finish and showed composure in both games against the Montenegrin representatives.

The second game of the series, played in Skopje, was marked by a physical and tense atmosphere. A high number of unsportsmanlike and technical fouls reflected the intensity on both sides, as neither team was willing to give ground in a decisive contest.

Sutjeska opened the game slightly better and held brief early leads at 2:0, 5:4, and 8:7. However, TFT quickly responded and established control before the end of the first quarter. With a strong offensive run and solid defensive execution, the home team built a 29:14 advantage after ten minutes.

From that point onward, TFT maintained a firm grip on the game. Their lead continued to grow, reaching as much as 49:25 in the second quarter. Although Sutjeska managed to reduce the deficit to 65:55 midway through the third period, the hosts answered decisively. An 11:0 run spanning the end of the third and the beginning of the fourth quarter pushed the margin to 76:55, effectively sealing the outcome.

In the end, TFT’s consistency and control proved decisive, as they comfortably closed out the game and the series.

Individually, the standout performer for the winning side was Davis, who led all scorers with 23 points while also contributing nine rebounds. On the other side, Martin paced Sutjeska with 22 points, adding seven rebounds and four assists.

With this victory, TFT Skopje advances to the ABA League 2 Finals, where they will face Široki TT Kabeli, who also progressed with a 2-0 series win in their semifinal matchup. Sutjeska Elektroprivreda, meanwhile, concludes its campaign at the semifinal stage.
