Partizan beat Mornar and advance to the semifinals

Game recap: Partizan NIS became the first semifinalists of the 2018 ABA Super Cup as they defeated Mornar in the opening game of the tournament. Many fans of the black & whites came to Laktaši to watch their favorite team for the 1st time in the new season and they can be quite happy with what they have seen. Partizan NIS players showed great desire down on the court and scored a well-deserved win against Mornar.
Key moments: Partizan NIS opened the last quarter with a 15:3 run and increased their lead from 67:63 to 82:66. Having a huge support from the stands the Belgrade powerhouse did not have problems to keep that lead until the end.
Man of the match: Đorđe Gagić was quite unstoppable down in the paint. Partizan NIS center scored 23 points, while he also had 6 rebounds. His overall index rating was 27.
Can’t trick the stats: We have already mentioned that great desire of Partizan NIS players to win this match… They were so motivated that they made 14 steals this evening! On the other side, Mornar only had 3.
