Krka try to recover against resurrected Metalac
After heart-breaking 30-point loss in the derby against Union Olimpija in Ljubljana, Krka will try to find their way back onto the winning track at home against Metalac Farmakom. The guests have successfully did the same thing last round, after the return of Vladimir Đokić, so the job for the Novo mesto side will be far from easy.

Story of the game: The atmosphere at Krka's practices during the week for sure was not the boisteroust one, after that tough defeat in the previous round on the road in Stožice Arena against arch rival Union Olimpija, which was better by no less than 30 points of margin.
Now, an opportunity is showing up for Ivan Velić and his team to turn their curve of success around with another home game, against Metalac Farmakom. It's worth pointing out that Krka has played two home games so far this season in the ABA League and they won both. On the road they are still waiting for the first success, which indicates that they are a completely different team when playing in front of home fans. Which speaks for itself when considering their chances against the Valjevo guests.
However, Metalac Farmakom, which found themselves in a crisis at the very beginning of the season, have successfully resurrected in the last round after head coach Vladimir Đokić decided to return to their bench. He »came, saw and conquered« the home court against Cibona and he did it convincingly.
Can his team keep up to this kind of performances, or will Krka's home court be decisive factor this time again?
Matchup in focus: In the previous round(s), centers have been the ones that stood out at both sides and perhaps it can be the same again. While Jure Lalić might have been the only player that did not disappoint Krka fans against Union Olimpija, Đorđe Majstorović has been the main pillar of Metalac Farmakom's frontcourt this season and it will be an interesting clash of the giants to watch in Leon štukelj hall in the sixth round.
