What a game in Podgorica! Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita, two teams that are holding the top of the table alongside Crvena zvezda Telekom, are about to face each other in the ABA League Round 6!
Story of the game: Any special introduction for this game is really not necessary. It is enough to write that Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita have the same score - 4 wins and 1 defeat - and that both sides are in great shape. Budućnost VOLI won their last three games in ABA League, while Cedevita are coming to Podgorica in high spirits after they managed to beat the reigning champions Crvena zvezda Telekom last weekend.
It is interesting to mention that these two rivals played such an exciting semifinal series in the last season of regional competition. Eventually, Cedevita prevailed by 3-2 and they scored the decisive win right in front of Budućnost VOLI fans in Morača Hall.
They will now face each other at the same place...
Matchup in focus: Both teams have power forwards that are very dangerous outside the 3pts line. Tadija Dragićević is one of the best scorers of Budućnost VOLI, while Tomislav Zubčić is such an important player for Cedevita. We will see who will have a better day.
