Game recap: Like so many times in their history, Cibona and Partizan NIS played a thrilling game. It was all tied until the 38th minute - 55:55, while then Dominik Mavra scored a three-pointer and then Dardan Berisha added two free-throws for 60:55 for the home team. On the other side the visitors ruined everything they had previously created with 3 turnovers in the last 2 minutes! At the end, Cibona scored a win in this ABA League classic.
Key moments: That three-pointer of Dominik Mavra for 58:55 definitely gave the boost for the home side, but it is important to mention that Partizan NIS still had a chance to make a comeback. At 60:55, Čedomir Vitkovac scored a lay-up and got fouled, but he missed such an important free-throw - 60:57. The black and whites then played a great defense and had a ball to tie the score. However neither Božo Đumić nor Čedomir Vitkovac were ready for the pass made by Danilo Andjušić. It was the decisive turnover.
Man of the match: Filip Krušlin. This guy scored 5 three-pointers out of 8 attempts in this match! Also he was perfect from a free-throw line - 5/5, while eventually he picked up the award for the top scorer with 22 points. It is interesting to mention that Krušlin was the only player in Cibona with double figures!
Can't trick the stats: It was a team win for Cibona. They had 16 assists, while Partizan NIS had only 7.
