It has started so good for Belgrade side. Crvena zvezda Telekom were up by 17:10 in the first quarter… But, then Khimki called a time-out and everything changed. Not just that the home side managed to tie the score at 17:17 in the blink of an eye, but they made a huge 21:3 run and escaped to 31:20!
It was simply the end. Motivated hosts continued with powerful performance and had +21 at the half-time - 51:30. Crvena zvezda Telekom had no chance to return from that deficit.
