Budućnost VOLI downed UNICS, Union Olimpija stunned Bilbao!

What a night for ABA League clubs! Budućnost VOLI and Union Olimpija scored big Eurocup wins!

Celebration time in Podgorica! Budućnost VOLI defeated mighty UNICS Kazan! The blue squad did not get afraid of a powerful opponent and won the battle in Morača Hall.

The man of the match was the latest ABA League player of the month - Suad šehović. Excellent shooting guard scored 16 points (4 three-pointers!), while he had a big help from Tadija Dragićević who had 13 points and 8 rebounds and from Aleks Marić who collected 10 points.

On the other side of Europe, the Dragons have conquered Bilbao! Union Olimpija bravely faced their hosts and eventually scored a thrilling win over Dominion Bilbao Basket. And, it was a well deserved win! Team from Ljubljana have had the lead during the whole second half, but they almost drooped it at the end. Luckily, at the score 81:79, just seven seconds before the end, Clevin Hannah scored only one free-throw - 81:80, while Blaž Mahkovic made both of them on the other side - 83:80. In the last moments of the game, Alex Mumbru failed to score a three-pointer from the corner and Union Olimpija seized a huge win.

Zach Wright had a monstrous game with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists!
