Game recap: In a dramatic game with a thrilling finish, Metalac Farmakom have gone through fire and hell to finally grab the deserved home victory, but it was tougher for them than someone would have expected after the first half, when they were in front by 14 points. In the second half, the visitors managed to get back into the game and to have a chance for the winning shot with 5 seconds left, the deficit of 2 points and a ball in their hands. However…

Key moments: When with 5 seconds left 2 free throws were awarded to Nikola Jevtović, many home fans started believing that the game was won by their favourite team. However, when Jevtović missed the first one, many started fearing that Zadar might turn the game around with the last shot. Ante Nazor believed that 5 seconds are enough for his team to create themselves a game winning shot attempt. But… Ivan Ramljak produced an unexpected turnover at the very beginning of the final posession and the game was lost for them, while hall of sports in Valjevo began celebrating.

Man of the match: Every winning team needs a hero and this time Nikola Malešević stepped up fort he Valjevo side. He lead his team towards the triumph with 17 points, 5 rebounds and an assist and became the man of the match.

Can"t trick the stats: Zadar perhaps oriented themselves too much towards the distance shooting. No less than 46% of their field goal attempts (29/63) came from behind the arc, but they only scored 7 of them (24%). The lack of their inside game proved to be the best news of the night for Vladimir Đokić's team.
