Tajfun and MZT wish to escape the danger zone

In Golovec Hall, Tajfun will host MZT Skopje Aerodrom in 12th round of the season in the battle of two teams that are separated from the very bottom of the standings by one triumph only. The winner of this clash will therefore get a huge boost and relief before the following rounds in December.

Story of the game: Tajfun and MZT Skopje Aerodrom perhaps do share the same position in the standings, which divides them from the bottom of the standings by one victory only, but the current story of the two teams is completely different and puts Tajfun into a role of favourite before the home game in Golovec Hall.

While the guests have lost their last four games in the regional competition, Tajfun won two of their last three (both at home court, which reveals how strong they are at their ground), and resisted Partizan NIS well in their last game in Pionir Hall. During the week, they have also outplayed Hibernia Basket in FIBA Europe Cup which gives them another boost of confidence.

Besides that, MZT Skopje Aerodrom have lost their captain Marko Simonovski a few days ago, since he agreed on contract termination with the club. So, the victory, which is a must for both teams in current situation, will be very tough to grab for MZT. But, in the ABA League you never know…
