Crvena zvezda Telekom came victorious out of the second clash against Khimki this season in the Euroleague and grabbed their fourth win of the European season. Cedevita lost to Anadolu Efes a day before.

Crvena zvezda Telekom have got their revenge over Khimki for the defeat in the first part of the regular season in Euroleague and have grabbed their fourth triumph of the European season. At home court of Pionir Hall, they have outscored the Russian side with the score of 96:91.

Maik Zirbes was the top scorer of the red and white with 27 points, while Quincy Miller followed him with 25.

A day before, Cedevita was a step away from scoring another huge win against Anadolu Efes and making perhaps the crucial step toward the TOP 16 phase… But, they let the visitors make a major comeback in the last quarter.

When Cedevita escaped to 68:58 at the beginning of the last quarter, everyone in Dražen Petrović Hall thought that it was over. The visitors made 17:2 run! 17:2! The score changed from 68:58 to 70:75! Anadolu Efes are simply way too good to drop that lead in the final moments of any game. Cedevita had one last chance to tie the score at 74:77, 20 seconds before the end, but Marko Arapović missed a three-pointer.
