Game recap: Only the first quarter was close. Actually, to be fully precise, Cibona was even a better team in the opening 10 minutes, having +3 at the first break - 22:19... But, then everything fell apart from the home side. Budućnost VOLI started scoring three pointers from every position. Tadija Dragićević, Doron Lamb, Suad šehović, Bojan Subotić... They were unstoppable. The visitors made 55 points in the second and third quarter combined and decided the winner. After 30 minutes the result on the scoreboard was 49:74...

Key moments: It was the third quarter which Budućnost VOLI won by 26:7. That was the period in which away crew made the crucial margin and there was no way that they would drop in the the last quarter. Actually, the only dilemma in the last 10 minutes was whether Budućnost VOLI will break the daily record of Tajfun in number of scored three-pointers per match. Eventually, it was a tie. Tajfun scored 17 three-pointers against Igokea, Budućnost VOLI scored 17 against Cibona.
