Game recap: A battle of the bottom took place in Laktaši and Metalac Farmakom are the ones to escape it in the battle with direct rivals. The team from Valjevo played their first game without Nikola Malešević, who moved to Steaua and won after two straight defeats. This is their sixth win of the season, one more than Igokea and Sutjeska, the last placed teams of the league, have on their accounts.
Igosi have now found themselves in an unpleasant streak of six defeats in a row, despite the recent switch on the bench, where Dragan Bajić replaced Željko Lukajić as head coach.
Key moments: Metalac Farmakom turned the game in their favour between 34th and 35th minute, when they went on an 8:0 run which gave them the 60:52 lead after which Igosi never managed to catch them again until the very end of the game.
Man of the match: Nikola Jevtović of Metalac Farmakom was unstoppable this time around as he led his team in scoring with 16 points and in rebounding with 8 boards, while adding 2 steals and one assist and block each. He is our man of the match.
Can"t trick the stats: It is not typical for such an experienced team, but Igokea delivered no less than 20 turnovers during the game. This is for sure the critical fact that decided the flow of the game.
