Crvena zvezda Telekom lost only two games at home court in Euroleague in this season. And both of them came against mighty Fenerbahce. The red and whites hoped that the spirit of Pionir Hall might help them this time in the clash against one of the top teams in Europe... It was not the case. Because, Fenerbahce were simply too good.
The visitors went to a double digit lead already until the halftime, while then they increased the margin to 20+ points... Crvena zvezda Telekom only managed to reduce the deficit to 11 points in the last quarter, but Fenerbahce then turned on their engines and once again escaped to a safe distance.
