ABA League 20th round, Sunday, 17.1.2016:
ZADAR - Cedevita 81:72 (18:12, 11:24, 26:18, 26:18)
Game recap: Zadar have achieved the second victory this season over Cedevita and their second win in a row, by turning the game in Višnjik around with an excellent second half performance in an attractive, action-packed game in front of 4,000 fans. This is the second defeat in a row for Cedevita, which put them in a difficult position in their battle for first or at least second place in the standings after the end of the regular season. On the other side, Zadar are now 2 wins away from the very bottom of the standings and are moving away from the bottom towards the safe zone in their battle to avoid relegation.
Key moments: When Cedevita came up with an excellent second quarter in which they have annulated the deficit from the first quarter and took the control of the game by half time, it seemed that the game would go their way. But Ante Nazor and his players disagreed - they returned from the locker room full of energy and determined that they would win this time. They won the third and fourth quarters with the same result (26:18) and performed a major comeback, about which people in Zadar will chat for the long time.
Man of the match: Filip Kraljević was absolutely without competition during this game in the paint and - he out on his monstrous performance against one of the best (if not the best) centers of the league Miro Bilan, which makes his performance even more glorious. He ended the game with 30 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and a valuation of 33 which rightfully makes him our man of the match.
Can't trick the stats: Just like Kraljević, the whole Zadar team were dominant under both rims this time around. They have overrebounded Cedevita with 38:25 which gave the Zagreb side no chance of winning this clash.
