Story of the game: Everything is quite clear when Budućnost VOLI are considered. They will finish the regular season at the first place and they will play in the Playoffs semi-finals against Mega Leks. The leaders of the ABA League caravan will therefore use this game only as the final test before the championship battle.
On the other side, Cibona can't reach the Playoffs, but they also can't fall down into the relegation zone. The Wolves are safe and sound in the middle of the standings and the only question is on which position they will finish this season. Still, they will certainly do their best in Podgorica in order to make a good preparation for the upcoming FIBA Europe Cup Quarter-Finals.
