ABA TV: Budućnost VOLI – “We did not play tough enough”

Luka Pavićević, Budućnosti VOLI head coach:

"Above all, I wish to congratulate the guests on excellent performance and the first win in this semi-final series. I believe that the biggest impression gained in this game is that we had no control of the result. We were not tough enough for this kind of game and we entered the even battle with a young, talented team full of flair. In this kind of battle with Mega Leks not a single game in the ABA League managed to achieve a good result, and neither did we.”

Julius Jenkins, Budućnost VOLI player:

"It was a tough game. We did not play good on defense. They posed us many problems with their 2 on 2 game. In these kinds of games you need to play tough throughout 40 minutes. In the forthcoming days we need to prepare ourselves for the next games as good as we can, so we would play better in the next one.”
