Boriša Simanić! Remember this name. One of the most promising basketball kids in the region showed his enormous talent at the Round 2 of the Euroleague U18 Adidas Next Generation Tournament. He scored 25 points and led Crvena zvezda Telekom toward a convincing win over Alba Berlin.
The red and white crew will now wait for the outcome of the clash between Lietuvos Rytas and Real Madrid to see if they can still reach the tournament finals. If Real Madrid win, then Zvezda are still in the game, but if Lietuvos Rytas score a triumph then the Lithuanian team will progress to the finals.
At the same time Mega Bemax have lost all chances of winning the trophy. They suffered a defeat against FC Barcelona Lassa, so they cannot reach the top spot in the Group A anymore.
