Krka lost to Telekom Baskets Bonn, Zadar beat the NCAA Select Team

Krka have and Zadar opened their preseason period. While Zadar won against the NCAA Select Team, Krka lost to Telekom Baskets Bonn.

The preseason period has begun for Krka and the squad led by Dejan Mihevc have lost their opening game of the summer. The opponent at Rogla were German side Telekom Baskets Bonn, which were better with the final score of 64:57. The game was decided in the very last quarter, which the Germans have won by 8 points and turned the previously Krka"s game in their favour.

The final score was 64:57 for Bonn and Dominique Elliot was the top scorer of Krka with 17 points, while Sandi Čebular added 9.

At home in Višnjik, Zadar put on a convincing display against the selection of the NCAA League and won with the final score of 114:89. The lead already reached 32 points by half time and it looked like a catastrophy was coming down on the guests, but in the end, they managed to cut the gap.

For Zadar Marko Jurica led the way in scoring with 19 points. Ivan Vraneš added 17.
