Wolves stronger than Dragons, another defeat for Krka

In the preseason clash of two ABA League teams Cibona were better than Union Olimpija. Krka suffered defeat in a prep match against Besiktas.

Cibona are looking pretty good in the 2016/17 preseason. After they defeated Enisey Krasnoyarsk twice in a row, the team from Zagreb outplayed their old rivals Union Olimpija this Wednesday evening.

Željko šakić, who got some extra time off due to his participation at the Rio Olympics, was very good in his first match for Cibona. He was the top scorer in the winning team with 19 points, while Ante Žižić added 15.

On the other side, Union Olimpija played this match without NikolaJanković and Blaž Mesiček, while the top scorer in the Dragons crew was Brandon Jefferson with 14 points.

Krka suffered their 4th defeat in the 2016/17 preseason, after losing the prep match vs, Besiktas. Dominique Elliot was the best player today in Novo mesto squad, as he had 15 points and 9 rebounds.
