2016/17 ABA League Season - FMP

After several years the two-time regional league champions are back in the ABA League.

FMP have always been known for their excellent basketball school. It is enough just to mention names such are Miloš Teodosić, Miroslav Raduljica, Milan Mačvan and Duško Savanović to realize how many world-class players have begun their basketball journey in this club.

That quality work with young players have brought many great results to FMP, including the two championship titles in the regional competition (2004 and 2006). Now, after several years of absence, the Panthers have returned to the elite league and they want to leave a mark in the 2016/17 ABA campaign.

FMP still haven't announced their roster for the upcoming season, but we do know some names which will be part of the 2016/17 squad. First of all, Slobodan Klipa remained the head coach and he will be the one leading the team in ABA League journey.

Then, experienced point guard Filip Čović also stayed in the club, as well as several very talented basketball players like Dejan Davidovac and Stefan Lazarević. It is too early to tell how much this team can achieve in the 2016/17 season, but one thing is certain - No one will have an easy job in the games against FMP.
