Krka have been a regular member of the regional basketball league over the years. Now, the squad from Novo mesto are getting ready for the new season...

The Green team are about to sail away into another ABA League adventure. So far, they have managed to reach the Final Four of the regional competition two times, while every single year Krka represents a well organized club, which can beat literally anyone in the league.
The 2015/16 ABA League season was not so good for the squad from Novo mesto, as they finished at the 14th place in the Regular Season. Now, they want to be significantly better and that is why they were very active on the transfer market during the summer.
Krka signed no less than 8 new players, including Marko Luković, Sandi Čebular, Darko Jukić, Dominique Elliot, Jure Ritlop, Ronald Lee Curry, Klemen Kužnik and Aljaž Marinč. Also, the club kept several players from the previous season like Matic Rebec, Erjon Kastrati, Matej Rojc, Žiga Dimec...
On top of that, the Green squad will enter the new season with the new head coach, as Dejan Mihevc was appointed to lead the team in the 2016/17 ABA League campaign.
