We have the first MVP of the new season and it is big man Ivan Marinković of Zadar, who achieved the highest valuation amongst all players during the 1st round and has at the same time led his team to an important home victory against FMP.
Marinković shined in every aspect of the game against FMP and during the entire contest in Višnjik he was simply unstoppable for the centers of the visiting team of FMP. He finished the game with 32 points, 8 rebounds and a valuation of 41 during the 38 minutes that he spent on court.
He was the top scorer and rebounder of his team and also the top scorer of the round.
The most important, however, is the fact that Marinković led his team to the victory against FMP, which earned his team a pair of points at the season opener and this is the fact that confirmed his MVP of the round honour.
