ABA League 21st round, Sunday, 5.2.2017:

UNION OLIMPIJA - MZT SKOPJE AERODROM

Where? Stožice Arena, Ljubljana

When? 21:00

Story of the game: While Union Olimpija are safely positioned at the 6th place on the standings, MZT Skopje Aerodrom are among the teams who are sharing the last spot on the table. Therefore, the upcoming match is much more important to the visitors, as the away win in this moment would mean a lot to them.

The only problem is that MZT Skopje Aerodrom still haven't scored a single away win in the 2016/17 season! They played 10 road games and suffered 10 defeats!

At the same time, Union Olimpija are not so dominant at home court, as they have already suffered 4 defeats in front of their fans. The last one came in the previous round when Karpoš Sokoli triumphed in Ljubljana, but that defeat will certainly give extra motivation to the Dragons to bounce back and to get back on the winning track.

Match-up in focus: Devin Oliver (Union Olimpija) is playing in fantastic form. In the previous round he scored 30 points, while he had the overall index rating of 35! This weekend his direct opponent on court will be Djordje Drenovac (MZT Skopje Aerodrom) who is usually one of the top scorers in his team.

Head to head in regional league: In total 5:4; In Ljubljana 3:1.
