EC: First win for Partizan NIS

In Belgrade, Partizan NIS have achieved their first EuroCup win of the season. After they lost in Trento in the previous round, they have beaten Zenit of St. Petersburg in the second one. It has been anybody’s game throughout the 40 minutes of the playing time, but Partizan NIS have managed to pull away late in the game and to eventually celebrate the win.

The final score was 89:82 in favour of Partizan NIS, for which Rade Zagorac and Jock Landale scored 16 points apiece.

Cedevita, Crvena zvezda mts and Mornar are yet to play their second-round games, on Wednesday.
