EC: All ABA teams suffered defeats

Cedevita, Mornar and Crvena zvezda mts were defeated this Wednesday evening.
Cedevita played a crazy game against mighty Lokomotiv Kuban. The Russian powerhouse was ahead by 14 points at halftime, but then Cedevita won the 3rd period by 26:9 and took over the lead! The home side was in front 76:67, with 7 minutes left on the game clock, but then the visitors started their incredible run. In the next 5 minutes Lokomotiv Kuban scored 17 points, while Cedevita made only 2… And the Russian team was once again in front – 84:78. There was simply not enough time for another comeback of Cedevita.
Crvena zvezda mts suffered their very first defeat in this season, as they were defeated by Brescia on the road. The red & whites had a simply fantastic start of the game, as they were in front by 24:2… However, then they just stopped and the Italians managed to return to the game. In a thrilling finish, Brescia squad had more concentration and seized the win.
Mornar had no chance against Fraport Skyliners in Germany. The home side scored 36 points just in the 1st quarter, while they had 63 points until the halftime.
