The Dragons have written down their 1st win in the 2018/19 FIBA Champions League regular season! Petrol Olimpija defeated Filou Oostende on the road and has therefore rejoined the race for the next stage.

Unlike the game against Cibona last weekend in which they were defeated in a thrilling finish, this time the boys from Ljubljana had enough concentration in the final moments to keep the lead. Miha Lapornik made the crucial 2 free-throws on 16 seconds before the end and pushed Petrol Olimpija to a 4-point lead – 77:73. In the remaining time Isuf Sanon just confirmed the win of his team by making 2 free-throws – 79:73.
